Helping new parents

For many, the disordered behaviors with food and critical thoughts about the body that we experience in adulthood are connected to the messages we got growing up. Parents who have had struggles with food and body are often fearful of “doing the wrong thing” and deeply committed to fostering a positive relationship with food for the next generation.

There may be an additional challenge for parents who gave birth and are living in a body that is different from their pre-pregnancy body.

Let’s work together to help heal your relationship with food and body and bring these values to the way you talk about food and bodies and feed your family.
