Food and Body Image Coaching 


How are your beliefs about food and your body holding you back from living the life you want and deserve?

With coaching, we will work together to identify how your body and food relationships are impacting your life. We will identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and challenge negative body image thoughts to find freedom from body shame. 

Body image coaching is available both one-on-one virtually and through my online 12 week Radical Body Acceptance program.
