Food and Body Relationship

Everyday people begin diets and lose weight only to gain the weight back. They beat themselves up for not having the “willpower” to stick with it or begin the next diet.

If you can relate to this, I want you to know you have not failed the diet, the diet has failed you. Biologically and psychologically diets are destined to fail, yet we are shamed for not “buckling down” and sticking with it. We are plagued with thoughts of good vs. bad foods, clothing size, and weight. What if we stopped fighting our bodies?

Nutrition therapy can help heal this abusive relationship with food and your body. It is possible to enjoy all foods in a way that nourishes your body as well as your social and emotional health.
