Approach

My goal is to guide clients towards a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Critical thoughts about food and weight can be exhausting and severely limit a person’s quality of life.  By changing the way we think about food, we allow room for all the other parts of life. 

Mine is a fully non-diet, Health At Every Size approach. I celebrate the diversity of body shapes and sizes and focus on helping each client learn to trust their body rather than abusing and fighting it. Because eating disorders and body image concerns can affect anyone, I welcome individuals of all size, shape, gender, race, religion, ability, and background.

As a dietitian, I help people heal their relationships with food. I help clients rediscover hunger/ fullness cues and let go of judgments so that they can tap into what they are really craving.
